Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

Your business is very important to us and this appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change, so we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice (48 hours if you have scheduled more than 3 treatments) for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or rescheduled with 4 hours’ notice.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill your spot with another family in need of our services. Additionally, our staff works in an “on call” status and likely will have travelled to the clinic specifically for your appointment.

Appointment Confirmation Policy

Appointments must be confirmed no later than the morning of the scheduled visit. Any unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation at our discretion within 2 hours of appointment time.

Late Policy

We do not have a built in grace period, so we kindly ask that you plan to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment start time. We do understand that occasionally life can be unpredictable. If you think you are going to be late, please call or text to let us know.

Deposit Policy

Appointments with multiple treatments require that we reserve a significant amount time on our schedule so a deposit will be requested at the time of booking. $25 when scheduling 2-3 treatments and $50 when scheduling 4 or more treatments.

Deposits are non-refundable; however, the deposit amount will be applied to services at kept appointment. Deposit may be transferred 1 time to a rescheduled appointment, within 2 weeks of original appointment, with 24 hours’ notice (48 hours’ notice required when 4+ treatments are scheduled). No shows and those appointments not rescheduled within the stated time frame forfeit the amount and a new deposit will be required for a future booking.

We reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings of single treatment clients who no-show, do not confirm or reschedule the same appointment more than once.

Kids & Pets

Children are the heart and soul of our business, and we can’t wait to meet yours!! We do want to ensure their safety as well as the provide the best experience for other clients of all ages, so please bring something to occupy the kiddos while they wait. Unfortunately, COVID guidelines recommend that we not provide shared items such as tablets, etc.…at the present time.

As much as we love our furry companions, our clinic is not an appropriate environment for pets. Exceptions may be made for trained service dogs (with advance notice), but not for emotional support animals. We appreciate your understanding.
