FAMILY SCREENING
To qualify for the Signature re-treatment policy, all family/household members of all households where a child resides, must be present at the appointment to be screened and treated if necessary (unless a family member is completely bald to the scalp – no clipper guard. Lice can live and lay eggs on 1/8” hair).

RE-TREATMENT POLICY LENGTH
Our Signature treatment has been proven effective on 99% of clients and we stand behind our work. We cannot promise there won’t be a re-infestation, so we keep this policy to a 30-day guarantee.

RE-TREATMENT POLICY COVERAGE
Under the above conditions, our Signature AirAllé® treatment guarantee is valid for 30 days. In the unlikely event of a treatment failure OR re-infestation, we will re-treat you for FREE.
10-DAY GUARANTEE – SIGNATURE AIRALLÉ® TREATMENT

FAMILY SCREENING
We strongly recommend screening all members of the household for lice. However, we understand that this is not always feasible, so we offer a 10-day guarantee for all clients receiving the Signature AirAllé service.

10-DAY RE-TREATMENT POLICY COVERAGE
The 10 day guarantee covers you in the unlikely event of a failed treatment. A recheck may be scheduled for day 10. This check includes a mini comb-out to check for lice. If a live BABY bug is found, we will retreat for FREE (an adult bug at 10 days would indicate a re-infestation, which is not covered by the 10 day guarantee).
OPTIONAL PEACE OF MIND SCREENINGS – SIGNATURE TREATMENTS

With a success rate of over 99%, rechecks are not necessary and not required. However, we understand that sometimes a peace of mind screening is desired. This optional service is $20 and must be completed within the guaranteed timeframe.
